How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 1 hour advance booking. For special events and peak periods, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours ahead.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted. Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes free of charge after landing.
Can I add stops during my journey?
Yes, you can add up to 3 additional stops to your journey. Each stop is charged at €30 per 60 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
How do I cancel or modify a booking?
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes, the price you see when booking is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class, V-Class, and Maybach vehicles. All are maintained to the highest standards.
Do you operate outside Portugal?
Currently, we operate exclusively within Portugal, covering all major cities and regions.
