Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BlackVoyage's services. By booking a trip, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. The price displayed at booking is final — there are no hidden fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the booking price. No-shows are charged at 100%.

3. Service Standards

We commit to providing professional, punctual, and courteous service. All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and all chauffeurs are professionally licensed and vetted.

4. Liability

BlackVoyage carries full commercial insurance for all passengers. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in cases of service disruption.
